Job Scope

  • Ensure the highest quality of our operations system by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product
  • Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers' needs.
  • Coordinate with various functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes.
  • Responsible in writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases.
  • Able to leverage on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment.
  • Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
  • Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
  • Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.
  • Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations.
     

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical certifications.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech consultancy business.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester) are advantageous.
